What is Color Impulse Therapy (CIT)?

According to studies and analyses by researchers*, Color Impulse Therapy (CIT) can be summarized as a method of using both frequency of color and the unique rhythm of pulsating light to prevent and mediate visual and other disorders. All things on earth, both living and inanimate, have their own oscillation frequencies that give balance to the cells. The human body also consists of cells that have constant bio-rhythms. When the body is in a healthy condition, its bio-rhythms resonate strongly and actively; when the body is in disorder or in an unbalanced condition, its bio-rhythms are distorted. CIT can be used to balance distorted bio-rhythms by applying modulated therapeutic frequencies.

eeyegym_01Short-sightedness (myopia) is the most common type of ametropia (eye abnormality) in the world. There have been lots of studies about its causes, and the factors related to progression, treatment, prevention, etc. People with short-sightedness use optical products such as spectacles or contact lenses for a lifetime, or seek solutions to correct short-sightedness. Consequently, it has become a socially costly eye disorder. Short-sightedness mainly occurs around age 3 through 15, and its prevalence rate is rapidly increasing.

Social scientists believe that industrialization-driven urbanization with increased short-distance work (long term focus at close viewing distance), and intensive courses with paperwork and books due to a greater demand for education and better job opportunities, has led to an increased rate of short-sightedness. The common use of computers, as well as the rapid proliferation of smart phones and 3D TVs, have highly increased the possibility of exposure to the occurrence factors associated with short-sightedness.

The National Eye Institute in USA announced that in 1990, more than $ 1 billion per year was spent on examinations of ametropia, and more than $ 1.5 billion was spent on spectacles or contact lenses.

Our Korean partner, through collaborative study and cooperation with RusMedGroup (RMG) in Russia, focused on Color Impulse Therapy and developed a device named e eyeGYM for eyesight care. It is a stable, efficient, and economic method for eyesight care.

2 Myopia (short-sightedness) The universal program for short-sightedness care. It can be used anytime when feeling visual fatigue.
3 Myopia (short-sightedness) The afternoon program for short-sightedness care. Recommended for use between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm for the most effective results.

Tips For Eyesight Care

The following reminders can be helpful for improving the effectiveness of e eyeGYM


  • Proper posture when studying and reading
    • Keep books more than 35cm away from eyes.
    • Do not bend or strain neck.
    • Take a 5-minute break after one hour of study or reading.


  • Lighting condition
    • Avoid dark areas.
    • Keep brightness of interior illumination over 500LUX.
    • Choose indirect light for reading.
    • Keep lights / lamps clean.
    • Avoid flickering lights, which can overstimulate eyes.


  • TV and games
    • Keep computer screen more than 60cm away from eyes.
    • Keep TV screen over 2 meters away from eyes.
    • Spend no more than one hour per day watching TV or playing computer games.


  • Eating
    • Try to consume more vegetables, Vitamin A, B, C and E, and calcium (e.g. milk, anchovies, apples, tomatoes, carrots, blueberries, etc.).
    • Regularly consume protein-rich foods, e.g. cheese, fish, eggs, etc.
    • A balanced diet is recommended.



  • Lifestyle and habits
    • Gaze into the distance from time to time.
    • Try to gaze at blue seas, mountains, or the night sky frequently.
    • Manage your fatigue and stress.
    • Avoid smoking or over-consumption of alcohol.
    • Get sufficient sleep.
    • Consume more water, as approximately 70% of our body consists of water.
    • Do eye-blinking exercises for more than 30 seconds each day to cleanse the eyes.
